Weather widget
A nice example of the HTC weather widget using jQuery. While I'm looking at some new development projects on of the sites I worked on Fil-Event was looking to include a weather forecast.
Now if you perform a google search for weather widget you'll find lots of results and most come with a 'badge' that advertises where you've got the feed from. This probably a big problem for the majority of people but to have a professional look it really helps not to advertise other companies.
As I have an HTC Desire user I see the default home screen pretty much every day and see the nice weather widget that is incorporated into HTC Sense.
Radoslav Dimov has developed a great jquery widget that replicates the HTC Sense UI and brings in the weather data from Accu Weather.
A great widget and I'll be trying to incorporate this into the new updates that are planned for Fil-Event.

London Barrio Fiesta
After finishing the update to Fil-Event.com it's time to move on to the next project which is the 28th Barrio Fiesta sa London.
A huge Filipino event now which is taking place in Lampton Park. A simple page is up and running now to give people a chance to pre-register their interest and win prizes and meet the artists who are going to be performing.
The 28th Barrio Fiesta sa London is organised by TFC and The Philippine Centre.
