Training sessions take place on Sunday from 10am to 12 noon at the Whitgiftian Association playing fields or at other local rugby clubs by prior arrangement.
Arrangements should be made for your child to travel to and from training sessions and matches. We would appreciate it if children can arrive promptly and are collected promptly at the end of the session, if they are not making their own way home. For children aged 12 and below, we request that an adult remains at the training/match venue at all times in case of emergency. If you are going to be late picking your child up, please contact your relevant age group head coach on his contact number and let them know.
Club training kit consists of club rugby shirt, club rugby shorts, club socks, rugby boots and mouthguard. The wearing of a mouthguard is recommended for all ages, however it is compulsory from age U9 upwards when limited contact is introduced to the game for the first time. Mouthguards can be ordered online at http://www.opro.com or your own dentist will also be able to assist.
